The OSU Campus Operations Center project included the new construction of a three-story, Pre- Engineered Metal Building, and buildouts for new operational shop spaces to support facilities services (carpentry, painting, vehicle maintenance, plumbing, landscape, electrical, and other trades). Additional outbuildings, such as the lube shop and covered parking structures, were also included in the scope.
